The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information as defined by the law.
LeadWaffle does not sell personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not exchange personal information for money or other valuable consideration with third parties for their independent use or benefit.
What We Do With Your Data
We share limited data with service providers that help us operate the Platform, including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
As a two-sided marketplace, certain lead data is shared between Sellers who generate leads and Buyers who purchase them. This sharing is the core function of the Platform and is disclosed in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your Rights Under CCPA
As a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom
- Opt out of the sale of your personal information
- Access your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
